What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not allow any returns of already purchased and delivered/shipped products. If you have an issue please contact us to see if we can find a solution! Refunds may be issued to a customer prior to an order receiving a shipping label and being shipped out. If an order has already been shipped, there will be absolutely no refunds available. If you find that one of your items was broken or damaged during transit please message me with photos within 24 hours of delivery to discuss options.
Do you offer gift cards?
YES! In the menu bar you will find the tab "Gift Card". There you will be able to find gift cards to purchase!
What if my Crystal arrives broken?
If you find that upon arrival you have a broken product please inform me within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please send photos of your products so that I can begin filling a report within USPS. If mailing insurance was not added to your order, unfortunately I will be unable to help replace your items. In order to receive money for your broken items, insurance must be added to your order.
How does shipping work and how long will it take for me to get my order?
All orders are individually wrapped and packaged by me so processing time can take 2-5 business days depending on the status of orders. All orders will be shipped through USPS so once your packaged arrives at the post office it should be shipped within 2 to 3 business days if not sooner! Shipping will be calculated during check out and is based upon price. Please be patient as I take great care in ensuring your products arrive safely to you!
Do I have to believe in the metaphysical properties to purchase crystals?
Absolutely not! Crystals are our earth's beautiful creations and can be shared will everyone! Whether you believe in the healing energies they bring or not, they are beautiful pieces from our earth that make stunning decoration pieces!
